Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Civil and Structural Design Engineer to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of hands-on experience in civil and structural design within the EPC or consulting environment, with strong technical expertise in SP3D , STAAD.Pro , and relevant industry codes and standards. The role demands leadership capabilities to guide multidisciplinary teams and drive successful design project deliveries. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage civil and structural design activities across all project phases from concept to detailed engineering. Prepare and review engineering deliverables such as general arrangement drawings, structural analysis reports, material take-offs (MTOs), and construction specifications. Perform structural analysis and design using STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or equivalent tools. Ensure 3D modeling and design integration in SP3D or other modeling platforms. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including piping, electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical to ensure interface compliance. Review and approve vendor drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications. Guide and mentor junior engineers and CAD designers. Ensure compliance with international design codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, IS, Eurocode). Conduct site visits for design validation and resolve technical queries during construction. Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. 10+ years of experience in structural design engineering, preferably in EPC or industrial projects. Proficient in STAAD.Pro, SP3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and MS Office. Strong understanding of civil/structural codes and standards (IS, BS, ACI, AISC). Experience in foundation design, steel and concrete structures, pipe racks, equipment foundations, and building structures. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with international clients or overseas projects. Exposure to modular construction and offshore/onshore structures. PMP or equivalent certification (optional).
