Product Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy & Planning: o Assist in defining product roadmaps, goals, and success metrics. o Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities. o Work closely with senior product managers to align product strategies with business objectives. 2. Requirement Gathering & Documentation: o Gather and document product requirements from business stakeholders and customers. o Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. o Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to collect insights. 3. Data Analysis & Insights: o Analyze product performance and user behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement. o Provide data-driven recommendations for product enhancements. o Track key performance metrics and generate reports. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: o Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams. o Ensure alignment between product development and business goals. o Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams. 5. User Experience & Adoption: o Advocate for user-centric design and product usability. o Gather feedback from users and work with design teams to improve UI/UX. o Support user testing and drive adoption through training and onboarding initiatives. 6. Project Coordination & Execution: o Assist in project planning, sprint prioritization, and execution. o Identify risks and challenges and work towards effective resolutions. o Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of features. 7. Reporting & Presentations: o Prepare and present product updates, insights, and recommendations. o Communicate complex information in an understandable and actionable manner.
