About the Role: Seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of our multi-vendor bargain marketplace. You'll be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver a high-impact, user-centric experience that promotes negotiation-based buying and real-time auctions. This is a high-ownership role requiring a deep understanding of e-commerce, user behavior, and mobile-first development. Key Responsibilities: Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals. Drive end-to-end product development – from ideation to post-launch optimization. Build core features like buyer negotiation tools, auction engines, seller dashboards, product discovery, trust & safety layers, and seamless payment/logistics integration. Leverage user feedback, data insights, and market research to iterate quickly. Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams. Track key KPIs like GMV, conversion, engagement, and retention to optimize product performance. Champion customer-centricity and maintain high-quality user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace platforms. Proven success in launching mobile/web consumer products. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with agile methodologies and product tools like Jira, Mixpanel, Firebase, etc. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree.
