Roles and Responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Translate the organization s vision into actionable product features, workflows, and modules.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business, regulatory, and operational priorities.
2. Requirement Gathering & Documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, QC, QA, Operations, Finance) to gather detailed requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, and Functional Specification documents.
3. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with external software vendors to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
- Lead sprint planning, review cycles, user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve any project blockers.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, QMS, and IT security standards throughout the development lifecycle.
4. Project Management
- Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines using MS Planner, Excel trackers, and dashboards.
- Conduct weekly project review meetings with internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
5. Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership updates and cross-functional communication.
- Prepare presentations, minutes of meetings (MOMs), and progress dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Change Management & Adoption
- Conduct user training sessions and ensure smooth onboarding onto new digital platforms.
- Monitor product adoption metrics and recommend improvements or enhancements.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements
- B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field is mandatory.
- MBA (Systems / IT / Operations) or MCA strongly preferred.
- Minimum
  5+ years of experience
  in product management, business analysis, or IT project management.
- Must have experience managing vendor-driven software development projects.
Desired Qualities
- Strong understanding of software product lifecycle management (Agile/Scrum methodologies).
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, BRD drafting, UAT execution, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like JIRA/Trello (or similar).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience or exposure in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare IT is highly preferred.
- Ability to balance technical understanding with strong business acumen.
