Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Improve developer experience by understanding developer needs and leveraging NAB's internal tech capabilities.
Drive execution-heavy initiatives with a strong delivery focus.
Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to streamline workflows and reduce friction.
Define and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with developer needs.
Measure and report on platform impact and developer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in defining and executing product roadmaps.
Strong understanding of developer workflows, tools, and ecosystems.
Experience using GitHub and related developer collaboration tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure product impact and outcomes.
Experience working with engineering and platform teams.
Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in related field
3-5 years of product management experience in user-facing or internal tooling roles.
