Our AI-powered smart crib , suitable for infants aged 0-2 years, features a built-in baby monitor, an intelligent soothing mechanism, and a sound machine. It learns on the babys sleep patterns and responds proactively to gently bounce and soothe them back to sleepgiving families an extra 1-2 hours of much-needed rest every night. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager with a passion for problem-solving, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making. You will work across teams to drive the roadmap, prioritize and execute solutions, and ensure we deliver products that delight our customers. Key Responsibilities : Product Execution: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to deliver solutions and improve metrics. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze usage data, customer feedback and conduct market research to inform decisions. Excellent proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze and interpret raw data effectively. Bonus: Experience working with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Amplitude, or Metabase Customer Focus: We THRIVE on customer empathy - you should have great communication skills and be able to talk to customers to gather insights and understand pain points. Prioritize, build, iterate: Use the 80:20 rule to cut through complexity and focus on what truly matters. Ability to write succinct PRDs to build MVPs and iterate fast Own product features end-to-end: Take full ownership of your projects from concept to launch, and beyond. Co-ordinating with design/tech/customer support to build the features. Dig deep and simplify: Cradlewise stands at the exciting crossroads of smart hardware, software, and AI. Qualifications : 2-4 years of experience in product / strategy / analytics / management consulting Engineering degree from an IIT, NIT, IISc or BITs. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. High ownership, problem-solving ability, and a bias for action. Why Join Us ?
