Job Description

Key Skills: Product Management, Product Manager. Roles and Responsibilities: Own the product lifecycle from conception to launch and continuous improvement. Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify user needs and translate them into product requirements. Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities aligned with business strategy and goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products. Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility. Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product development process. Develop business cases and product strategies to support go-to-market plans and drive adoption. Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve product effectiveness and user satisfaction. Ensure that the product meets regulatory, compliance, and security standards where applicable. Experience Requirement: 4-6 years of experience in product management, ideally within a technology or digital-focused environment. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, user experience design, and agile development methodologies. Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and business requirements. Experience working with cross-functional teams to build and deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions between scope, budget, and time. Education: M.B.A.
