Job Description

Key responsibilities: Product Management (Own) Primarily own the product roadmap for a pipeline of use cases. Drive Use Cases & feature conceptualization to enhance the SuperApp positioning & provide more meaningful reasons for consumers to come to the app. Write the Business Requirement document, publish and manage delivery from stakeholders Review the Functional Solution Document. Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders (internal & partners) for timely and error free use cases delivery: UX/UI design team, app tech team R&D team Bengaluru, Micro-services- IT team, business/functions for respective use case Hold SCRUM calls, actively perform Project Management using required tools Closely monitor app performance/health - issues, uninstalls, crashes & co-ordinate with tech teams for corrective action Closely track app performance, metrics, funnel analysis, reporting on tools such as Adobe Analytics, MoEngage and Google Analytics/console. Product Growth Marketing (Own) Drive App User acquisition and popularize the app in the market influencing metrics such as Installs & MAU/DAU. Make strategies to reach 5 Mn installs as a mid term goal & put in place an action plan for same Also own sub metrics from the app like e-shop sales, AMC sales, IOT device onboarded, % SR raised, Loyalty enrolment etc Conceptualize marketing programs to increase Installs, App engagement & Monetization using digital marketing and ATL/BTL, retail activation. Co-ordinate with marcom, agency, branch sales team, field service team, Sales Promoters for same. Other Digital Platforms (Support) Additionally, as required from time to time, work with CX team/mates, leader on the broader CX agenda of driving Consumer Lifetime Value Support use cases on chatbot (whatsapp, web, app) and user acquisition via partners such as Haptik, Tech team Also, oversee other digital platforms/ emerging technologies and support project management for programs to drive CX Role & responsibilities
