Role Overview:

As a Product Manager at ALLEN Digital, you will play a key role in building a cutting-edge education platform that brings the best of offline learning to the digital world—focused on personalization, engagement, and scalable outcomes.You’ll work at the intersection of pedagogy, technology, and user experience—leading cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful product solutions. This is an opportunity to shape the digital learning journey for millions of students across India, using data and innovation to solve real problems in education.

● An Owner: You own, drive and execute on the product road map. You clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences – internal and external

What we are looking for:

● Bachelor’s degree from a Tier I engineering college (IITs, BITS, NSIT, DCE, NITs, IIITs).

● MBA from Tier I B-schools (IIMs, ISB) is preferable

● 2-4 years of prior product experience

● Experience in delivering software products (from ideation to delivery) is a must

● Prior experience of building consumer products from scratch (and not just minor optimizations) is a massive plus

● Strong understanding of business and product metrics, logical problem-solving skills, and deep

insight into consumer behavior are essential.

● Must be highly motivated to solve meaningful problems in the EdTech space for students, teachers, and parents.
