About Driffle: Driffle.com is a global marketplace for digital games and gift cards, offering gamers a seamless way to discover, purchase, and access their favorite titles at the best prices. We're building a platform that’s fast, reliable, and gamer-first. Key Responsibilities: Product & Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on our product and other similar platforms to identify industry trends, new features, pricing strategies, and best practices in the digital gaming marketplace. Roadmap Planning Support: Assist the product team in developing and updating the product roadmap. This includes brainstorming new feature ideas, evaluating feature requests, and helping to prioritize enhancements that align with our business goals and user needs. Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze user data and product metrics (using tools like SQL and Excel) to uncover insights about user behavior and product performance. Use data findings to suggest improvements in features or UX (e.g., identifying where users face drop-offs or what features increase engagement). UX Improvement Collaboration: Work with our UX/UI designers to recommend changes that enhance the user experience. Your tasks may include reviewing user feedback, conducting basic usability research, and proposing UI/UX improvements based on competitor analysis and data-driven insights. Reporting & Presentation: Prepare clear reports and presentations to communicate your research findings and data insights to the product team. You will help translate data and research into actionable product recommendations and present these in team meetings. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, customer support) to support the execution of product updates and launches. Ensure that insights from research and data analysis are shared and implemented across teams where relevant. Requirements: SQL & Excel Proficiency: Strong proficiency with data tools such as SQL and Excel. Experience in writing queries and handling datasets to derive insights will be a big plus. Passion for Gaming: Avid gamer or deep interest in the gaming industry. Familiarity with digital game marketplaces and an understanding of what gamers look for in a platform. Product/UX Experience: Prior exposure to product management or UX projects. Marketplaces/E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce or marketplace business models. Any experience with online marketplaces or analyzing e-commerce metrics would be beneficial. Tools Familiarity: Experience with analytics, product management, or collaboration tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Jira, Trello, etc.) is a bonus, though not required. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. (Students in their final year or recent graduates are welcome.)
