Bookchor Literary Solution Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing e-commerce platform specializing in Books. We are looking for a Product Manager Intern to assist in managing and optimizing our e-commerce products, features, and user experience. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of product development, market research, user experience, and analytics in an e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Research & Strategy Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Assist in defining product requirements, features, and user experience improvements . Help in creating roadmaps for product development and feature enhancements. 2. User Experience & Data Analysis Gather user feedback through surveys, interviews, and analytics . Work with design and development teams to improve UI/UX based on insights. Track key product metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, customer retention, etc.) and suggest optimizations. 3. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product execution. Assist in writing product documentation, specifications, and reports . Support testing of new features before launch and report bugs or issues . 4. Process Optimization & Growth Hacking Identify bottlenecks in the e-commerce platform and suggest process improvements. Assist in A/B testing to improve customer experience and sales performance . Research and implement growth strategies to enhance product adoption. Requirements Passion for Product Management, E-commerce, and Technology Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, A/B testing, and user psychology Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.) is a plus Perks & Benefits Hands-on experience in product management for a real e-commerce brand Internship Certificate on successful completion Opportunity for a full-time role based on performance Learning & Mentorship from experienced product managers Exposure to cutting-edge e-commerce trends & strategies
