What You'll Do

As a Product Management Intern, you’ll play a key role in driving user-centered improvements to our platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

User Journey Documentation:

Product Feedback Analysis:

Voice of Customer Management:

o  Develop and launch new feedback surveys.

o  Drive robust response rates.

o  Initiate and conduct feedback calls with select users to obtain deeper insights.

Pain Point Identification & Prioritization:

o  Catalog user pain points using all feedback channels.

o  Categorize issues by severity, complexity, impact, and urgency.

o  Create a prioritized action list for the product team.

Solution Design Collaboration:

User Research Cohort Development:

o  Define criteria for a representative user sample.

o  Recruit users and organize mock-up review sessions for new designs.

Who We’re Looking For

Students or early-career professionals

·      Strong self-learners with a portfolio (hobby projects, internships, or side-projects) showing application of PM skills – especially in tech products (attach details!).

·      High empathy and analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize user feedback and qualitative data into actionable insights.

·      Excellent communication skills for collaborating with users, designers, engineers, and leadership.

·      Self-motivated & comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
