Job Title: Product Management Associate Principal Years of Experience: 8 - 12 years Location: Bangalore Role Summary: You will be part of the product management team for Financial crime and compliance portfolio which consists of multiple products. You will collaborate closely with the product director and multiple stakeholders to develop product with engineering and QA team, create detailed product roadmaps, and manage the lifecycle of our products. Your goal will be to understand the needs of our customers, define product requirements, and bring innovative solutions to the table. This is an on-site role based in Bangalore. What will you do Product Strategy and Roadmap Development: Work directly with the product director to define and articulate the product vision and strategy. Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market needs. Requirement prioritization given number of criteria. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery. Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand user needs and pain points. Use this information to drive product improvements and new feature development. Documentation: Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories that communicate product specifications and business needs to the development team. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement and ensure products meet user expectations and business objectives. Innovation and Improvement : Continuously seek opportunities for product enhancements and innovations that will drive growth and improve user satisfaction. What skills required Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management in Financial crime and compliance industry in B2B products. Minimum Education: Bachelor s degree in Technology (B.Tech). Skills: APIs, DB, Advanced Analytics, Agile, Confluence, Jira. Domain Knowledge of Regulatory compliance for financial crime and compliance. Experience in Product management. Domain expertise to AML, Fraud Detection, Sanctions Screening , Reg Reporting with AI/ML exposure. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies. Mindset: A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling products. Location: Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore.
