Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Inwarding Manager to efficiently manage and streamline the inwarding process of inventory across warehouses, retail stores, and e-commerce fulfillment centers . The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock entry, perform quality checks, update systems, and coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and warehouse staff to maintain smooth operations and minimize discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Inwarding & Receiving: Oversee the receipt of goods at warehouses and retail stores, ensuring accurate quantity and quality. Verify stock received against purchase orders (POs) , invoices, and GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) . Manage accurate stock entry into WMS (WareIQ) , POS (Genesis) , and OMS (Fynd Konnect) systems. 2. Quality Check & Inspection: Conduct quality checks on received stock to identify damages, defects, or discrepancies. Ensure compliance with brand and vendor agreements for product specifications. 3. Inventory System Updates: Accurately log inwarded stock into the inventory management system . Work with TechMonk , Genesis POS , Shopify , and Fynd OMS for real-time stock updates. Generate inwarding reports to track stock movement and assess supplier performance. 4. Supplier & Logistics Coordination: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve stock discrepancies, damages, or issues. Collaborate closely with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize inwarding schedules and processes. Ensure timely documentation, approvals, and processing for returns, replacements, and claims. 5. Process Optimization & Compliance: Implement best practices to enhance speed and accuracy in the inwarding process. Ensure compliance with audit standards , FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation , and stock reconciliation procedures. Minimize losses and discrepancies due to incorrect inwarding or delays in processing. Key Skills & Requirements: Technical Skills: Experience with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) , WMS , OMS , and POS tools . Familiarity with WareIQ , Fynd OMS , Genesis POS , and TechMonk integration (preferred). Proficiency in Excel , Power BI , and inventory tracking tools . Strong knowledge of barcode scanning , SKU mapping , and stock reconciliation . Soft Skills: High attention to detail and accuracy in managing inwarding processes. Strong communication and coordination skills to work with vendors and internal teams. Ability to handle high-volume inwarding efficiently while ensuring accuracy. Excellent problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies or challenges. Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management , Logistics , Business , or a related field. 3+ years of experience in inventory inwarding, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles.
