Reports To: Manager Product Information Commercial Capabilities Role Type: Individual Contributor Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities Responsible for handling incoming feedback on the product information pages on SKF.com and turning this into insights and improved product information. Accountable for monitoring incoming requests via ServiceNow, KanBan planner, HotJar and similar tools and evaluate needs from customers. Interact with customers both directly and via SKF sales units worldwide. Drives continuous improvement, optimization and automation of processes related to the work. You use customer experience data, direct feedback and reach out to users in order to develop customer obsessed information to drive sales of SKF products. We have a team of knowledgeable and experienced product information managers, processes and tools to support in doing the job. Together with a small high-performing team you are to realize the vision to "offer relevant product information to enable the best customer experience". Technical skills Fluency with Microsoft Office tools - especially Excel Experience of complex Web Content Management Systems (preferably Tridion Sites, ContentStack) Candidate Profile: 3-5 years of university studies within Mechanical Engineering or similar 3+ years of work experience within application engineering, product development, product line management or similar Fluency in English, both oral and written Interest to collaborate with full value chain of product information (supply chain, product development & engineering and users of information) Documented experience of technical writing Experienced user of Excel, Power BI and preferably SQL databases Experience in working with complex IT systems (such as preferably Informatica Product 360)
