Job Description

Support the Product Management Team in developing and executing brand strategies & marketing plans.
Prepare brand promotional materials: visual aids, leave-behinds, scientific content, inputs, digital marketing material, etc.
Conduct product, competitor, and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Coordinate with the design, medical, and sales teams for timely development of marketing collaterals.
Training and support for medical representatives / field force on product knowledge & strategy.
Manage product-related events: CMEs, conferences, doctor engagement activities.
Track brand performance: monthly sales analysis, forecast planning, inventory management.
Support new product launches market study, positioning, pricing, packaging.
Handle scientific content development including literature search & product monographs.
Other Responsibilities as and when given by management or HOD

Required Skills

Knowledge of pharmaceutical brands & therapy segments.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Analytical ability and understanding of sales data.
Creative thinking for brand promotion ideas.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Scientific knowledge & ability to understand medical literature.
