Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Product Support Engineer located in Lucknow. The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for providing product, customer, and technical support. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting analysis to diagnose issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective support and communication.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Working experience / knowledge of AWS, Flutter and Python language
• Experience in Product Support and Technical Support
• Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of stock markets and related tools is a plus
• Related qualification or certification

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
