Product Engineer

About the Role

• Perform product testing, validation, and analysis to ensure performance and safety compliance.
• Support manufacturing teams in resolving technical challenges and improving production efficiency.
• Assist in preparing technical documents including product specifications, BOM, manuals, etc.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for material selection and cost-effective solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis for product issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate product improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Production Engineering (or related field).
• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and engineering fundamentals.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, molding, fabrication, etc.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Hands-on experience in product testing and validation techniques.
• Digital marketing skills will be an added advantage
• Fluent in Malayalam/ tamil, English and Hindi
