Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Vision

• Define the

  product roadmap

  and feature evolution for Gravitas ETRM’s core modules —

  Deal Capture, Risk, P&L, Logistics, and Settlements

  .
• Align platform capabilities with modern trading needs (power, gas, renewables, carbon, oil).
• Translate

  market gaps and trader pain points

  into product design and user stories.
• Drive product differentiation using

  AI/ML, quantum, and blockchain innovation

  .

2. Product Architecture & Delivery

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build

  modular, scalable, API-first architecture

  .
• Prioritize features for

  MVP, beta release, and commercial launch

  .
• Ensure product UX aligns with

  front, middle, and back-office workflows

  .
• Contribute to product documentation, design specs, and investor demos.

3. Market Intelligence & Customer Engagement

• Build relationships with

  energy traders, risk managers, and utilities

  to shape the roadmap.
• Conduct

  competitive benchmarking

  of leading ETRMs (Endur, Allegro, RightAngle, W Energy, etc.).
• Create

  business cases

  for new modules — e.g., LNG, carbon credits, or renewable PPAs.

4. Leadership & Ownership

• Operate as a

  co-founder-level leader

  , influencing strategy, roadmap, and product culture.
• Hire and mentor the

  product and UX team

  as the company scales.
• Collaborate on

  pitch decks, client demos, and investor discussions

  .
• Drive alignment between

  technical excellence and commercial value

  .

Ideal Background

Must-Have

• 12–18 years of experience in

  ETRM / CTRM Product Management, Energy Trading, or Risk Technology

  .
• Strong understanding of

  energy trading lifecycle

  — deal capture, scheduling, risk, credit, and settlements.
• Experience in

  enterprise SaaS or ETRM delivery

  , ideally across multi-commodity portfolios.
• Deep familiarity with one or more legacy systems (

  Endur, Allegro, Aspect, W Energy, Eka

  , etc.).
• Strong collaboration with

  engineering teams and data scientists

  .

Preferred

• Experience in

  startup or zero-to-one product environments

  .
• Exposure to

  AI, blockchain, quantum analytics, or data engineering

  .
• Entrepreneurial mindset — excited by building rather than maintaining.
• MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Finance, or Energy Systems.
