Product Development Manager

As a Product Development Manager at Western Agro Farms, you will play a crucial role in driving the creation and launch of new products that differentiate us in the market. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with design and R&D teams to conceptualize and develop innovative products that meet market demands and align with the company's vision. - Developing the design of boxes and sleeves that appeal to consumers. - Generating and evaluating creative ideas to ensure our products stand out from the competition. - Creating compelling presentations and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders. - Liaising with the marketing team to develop and implement product launch strategies. - Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide product direction. - Applying business principles, such as finance, marketing, and supply chain management, to maximize product profitability and market reach. - Conducting marketing activities, including direct outreach to retail supermarkets and potential distribution partners, to introduce and promote new products. - Creating a market for packed eggs by establishing vendors, supermarkets, and online portals. - Competing with companies like EGGOZ and similar competitors.
