As a Product Manager (POS), you’ll bridge business, technology, and operations — translating user needs into digital solutions that streamline retail experiences across stores nationwide.


🧠 Key Responsibilities


🔹 Evaluate and compare technology solutions available in the retail POS ecosystem — identify best-fit tools aligned with business objectives.

🔹 Understand, analyze, and translate business requirements across retail systems (POS, Order Management, CRM, Retail Service Platforms, etc.).

🔹 Draft and manage Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) based on inputs from end-users, retail operations, and commercial teams.

🔹 Conduct rigorous testing and UAT to ensure systems run seamlessly, meeting functionality and performance expectations.

🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, database, and network teams for smooth integration and data flow across retail applications.

🔹 Prepare detailed user documentation and technical manuals for training, rollout, and troubleshooting.

🔹 Monitor ticket closures for POS applications, ensuring resolution within 24 hours and continuous performance improvement.


⚙️ Your Daily Impact


Gather and prioritize business and technology requirements.

Define product roadmaps and align FSDs with stakeholders.

Work closely with IT for development, testing, and deployment.

Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and collect actionable feedback.

Oversee release planning, training, and post-launch monitoring.


✨ What You Bring


✅ 5–8 years of experience in retail system product management or IT project delivery, with at least 1 year of store-side (BTQ) support experience.

✅ Hands-on experience with POS systems, retail operations, or store technology.

✅ Strong analytical, testing, and documentation skills.

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

✅ Familiarity with Well Store Connect or equivalent retail software.

✅ Ability to identify, document, and resolve functional and technical issues swiftly.
