Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Development Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in product development, preferably in large-scale Telecom/Automation/Other Engineered Product companies.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement product development strategies to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products.
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure timely delivery.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Telecommunication or related field.
Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
Knowledge of C & C++ languages is required.
Experience in multi-year product development in large-scale companies.
Understanding of communication protocols such as RS-485 (MODBUS), 4-20mA, HART, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in IT Hardware / Technical Support / Telecom Engineering industry.
