We’re looking for a creative and driven Product Designer to join our team here in Limassol, Cyprus and help us craft intuitive, user-focused digital experiences. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to define and execute user-centered design solutions. Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and production-ready assets that effectively communicate your vision and align with product requirements. Develop, maintain, and evolve cross-platform design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across our products. Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate assumptions, inform design decisions, and iterate on solutions. Advocate for the user at every stage of the product development lifecycle, using insights to drive thoughtful design solutions. Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and technologies, continuously refining our design processes and practices. Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the development process. Present your work to stakeholders with clear rationale, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Requirements 3+ years of professional experience designing world-class, user-focused digital products (preferably complex software, SaaS platforms, or responsive web applications). Strong expertise in user-centered design principles , product thinking, and a data-driven approach to solving user and business problems. Proven ability of delivering solutions that effectively balance, usability, technical limitations, business needs and evolving priorities Proficiency in Figma . Solid understanding of UI principles such as visual hierarchy and colour theory. Experience conducting end-to-end design processes , including user research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and articulate design decisions effectively to developers and stakeholders. A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to tackle complex design challenges and showcases end-to-end product design processes, including research, ideation, and final solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems . Familiarity with Agile, Scrum , or other iterative development methodologies. Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices. Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or advanced prototyping tools is a plus. Why Join Us?
