Product Designer

Job Description

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for driving the overall design vision and strategy for our products. Reporting to the co-founder, your expertise will help shape the future of our design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and innovation across all platforms. Responsibilities - Own and drive the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, ensuring intuitive and impactful user experiences. - Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve existing features. - Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure brand and UX consistency. - Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility. - Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance design processes. Requirements - 1-3 years of experience in product design. - Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, interaction design, and visual design expertise. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (including latest features), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. - Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate design decisions. - Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a rapid iterative design approach.
