The Opportunity: We're seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of innovative and visually captivating cast iron products. You'll drive the entire design lifecycle, from concept to manufacturing, ensuring a seamless blend of aesthetics, functionality, and cultural relevance for the Indian market. What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end product design for cast iron products, from research to prototyping and production. Conduct user research and market analysis (with a focus on Indian trends) to inform design decisions. Develop innovative concepts, sketches, and detailed designs that align with our brand and client needs. Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams. Ensure designs are manufacturable, high-quality, and meet functional requirements. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence. What We're Looking For: 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing physical products. Proven ability to design for the Indian market, understanding local aesthetics and needs. Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino) and prototyping tools. Strong understanding of materials, especially cast iron, and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
