PRODUCT DESIGN

You will be joining Times Internet, India's largest digital products company, where you will have the opportunity to work on premium digital products that enhance people's everyday lives. One of the business units, Abound (ExTimes Club), is a fintech app and cross-border neobank for the Indian and South Asian diaspora, focusing on providing personalized rewards on purchases and services relevant to the diaspora. As a UI/UX Designer with over 6 years of experience, you will play a key role in designing end-to-end digital experiences for the company. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to create highly usable interfaces. Your responsibilities will include: - Translating product requirements into clear, intuitive wireframes and user flows. - Designing polished, pixel-perfect screens in Figma or equivalent tools. - Building interactive prototypes to validate animations and complex interactions. - Owning and evolving a scalable component library for design systems. - Conducting usability testing and user research to drive design improvements. - Ensuring all interfaces meet WCAG guidelines for accessibility. - Reviewing implementations and working with engineers to deliver high-quality releases. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely delivery of projects. Your skills and expertise should include proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping, with good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects. You should have experience in interaction design, user research, design systems, accessibility standards, and effective communication in cross-functional environments. To be eligible for this role, you should have: - 6+ years of UI/UX design experience. - Minimum 5 years of design experience in consumer-facing B2C apps. - A portfolio showcasing product design work from ideation to execution. - Experience in fast-paced, agile environments. - Being based in Delhi/NCR and able to work from the Noida office at least 3 days per week.
