Product Delivery Lead | 9+ Years

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist / Product Delivery Lead to build and deploy Industrial Systems Analytics products within Ford’s Global Data, Insight, and Analytics (GDIA) organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Java Full Stack and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) along with proven experience in Agile product delivery and team leadership.

Core Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership

• Develop and manage project plans, scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure project completion within defined scope, budget, and schedule.
• Provide clear, data-driven stakeholder updates and progress reports.

2. Technical Product Delivery

• Lead the development and deployment of analytics and cloud-based applications on GCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, developers, and product owners to align on product vision and roadmap.
• Oversee design, development, and integration of Java Full Stack solutions (Spring Boot, APIs, Microservices, React/Angular).

3. Agile Facilitation

• Act as Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ensuring adoption of Agile best practices.
• Remove blockers, promote team autonomy, and foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent delivery through Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Lean frameworks.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with global teams and vendors for issue resolution and performance optimization.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Use metrics and KPIs to drive data-backed decisions and process improvements.

• Technical: Java Full Stack (Spring Boot, APIs, Microservices), React/Angular
• Tools: Jira, GitHub, Nexus, Jenkins/Tekton, CI/CD Pipelines
• Methodologies: Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Lean, DevOps
• Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery (preferred)
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management

Experience Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in IT, focusing on product development, delivery, or software engineering.
• Proven experience managing complex global programs or multi-team initiatives.
• Exposure to industrial systems analytics or large-scale enterprise data projects preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹729,903.19 - ₹3,009,207.66 per year
