Job Title: Product Coordinator

Job Location: Bangalore / Delhi

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build client relationships, and identify new opportunities in the renewable energy automation and digitalization domain.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the solar, wind, or power automation industry, and be willing to travel extensively to client sites and industry events.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering (MBA preferred).

2) Minimum 510 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within

3) Renewable Energy, SCADA, or industrial Automation domains.

4) Strong understanding of IEC 62443 standards, SCADA, PPC, EMS, and renewable power systems.

5) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client portfolios.

6) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

7) Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM).

8) Ability and willingness to travel extensively across India and abroad for client visits, FATs, and exhibitions.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.

2) Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SCADA, PPC, EMS, CMMS, CMS, and related digital energy products.

3) Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, developers, IPPs, and utilities.

4) Collaborate with the technical and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.

5) Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demos to understand customer requirements.

6) Drive the end-to-end sales process - from lead generation, negotiation, closure, to contract handover.

7) Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

8) Maintain a strong pipeline in CRM (Zoho or equivalent) and provide accurate sales forecasts.

9) Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, exhibitions, and brand-building activities.

10) Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to shape business strategy.

11) Ensure seamless handover of confirmed projects to the Operations Department with clear documentation.

12) Regularly communicate updates on client interactions, project status, and sales progress to management.
