Key Objective


To drive end-to-end ownership of the Checkout product including merchant integrations and solutioning, merchant stakeholder management, enhancements to the customer journey and conversion funnel, build and manage all payment products like Cardless EMI, Debit Card EMI, Credit Card EMI, UPI etc on the platform, and payment-related processes such as refunds, settlements, and platform-level features.

Key Responsibilities (includes but not limited to)


Own the end-to-end customer experience from the merchant platform to the ShopSe Checkout flow.
Work closely with merchants and channel partners to drive growth and implement the best-fit integration approach with ShopSe.
Drive conversion improvements on ShopSe Checkout and ensure consistently high success rates.
Collaborate with design, technology, legal, compliance, and operations teams to enhance customer and merchant experience, journeys, and processes.
Build and define Key metrics, dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor checkout performance, conversions, partner performance, and operational metrics.
Work closely with payment gateways, banks and processors to enable and optimize multiple payment methods on the platform.
Ensure adherence to Payment Aggregator guidelines, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards across all solutioning and product workflows.


Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years specifically in digital payments.
Strong understanding of merchant requirements, payment workflows, and the end-to-end payments ecosystem.
Proven track record in managing external APIs, enterprise grade platform, solutioning, and cross-functional project execution.
Strong analytical abilities and effective stakeholder management capabilities.
