Dear Candidate, As a Product Analyst you will collaborate with business and technology teams to define and translate eCommerce requirements into actionable solutions. The role involves defining requirements, scope and analyzing customer journeys, optimizing conversion rates, and ensuring seamless integrations across platforms. Job Title - Product Analyst / Product Manager Experience - 8 to 15 yrs Location - Bangalore (5 days - Work from Office) Notice - 15 days or Immediate Key Responsibilities: Facilitate discovery workshops to define project scope and business objectives. Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for eCommerce solutions. Work closely with the QA team to define acceptance criteria, UAT scenarios, and test plans. Identify and track KPIs to measure eCommerce platform performance and suggest continuous improvements. Optimize customer journeys, conversion funnels, and personalization strategies. Work with GTM/Adobe Tag Manager teams to define event tracking and analytics. Support data-driven decision-making by collaborating with the analytics team. Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in managing eCommerce platform, CMS platform is mandatory. Experience in third-party platform integrations, including Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and CDPs. Familiarity with API-based integrations, ERP/OMS workflows. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Agile methodologies. Experience of SFCC and PWA Kit is an added advantage.
