Experience: 3 Years + Job Location: Chandigarh IT Park Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a Product Analyst – Project Management with expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage projects efficiently and ensure seamless client collaboration. The ideal candidate should have strong business process management skills, a deep understanding of requirement gathering, and the ability to drive project success. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Understand client business needs and capture precise requirements. Provide functional and technical support to requirement and development teams. Work with CRM, HR, Inventory, Invoicing, Project Management, and Delivery processes. Gather and translate business requirements into cloud-based solutions. Facilitate project coordination through client interactions, calls, and meetings. Ensure timely project delivery and accountability. Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and project plans. Create wireframes for clear visualization of requirements. Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and MS Office Suite for efficient project management. Skills & Qualification: Strong experience in Project Management and Client Management. Hands-on expertise in JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
