you?ll be aligned with: Business Intelligence Lead you?ll be a member of:Insights & Analytics Team What you?ll do at Ather: Our business journey captures a wealth of information at different touchpoints with the vehicle and customer during production, sales, marketing and vehicle ownership. On the customer front, not only is there data captured through online touchpoints like the website, email marketing, digital marketing, app interactions, and social engagements, but we also accumulate data through physical touchpoints like the experience center, call interactions, vehicle service interactions or events. We want someone who can be a part of the brand?s journey (including the product life cycle, user behavior and interactions) and find questions that all this data can answer. A data explorer and an analyst who owns the entire journey from deciding the structure of the experiments to culling out insights and recommending business actions.We need someone who can bring out the story within the data - connect the dots to build the narrative, and also have the knowledge / experience to infer the qualitative reasoning to explain quantitative data points. They should be proactive to spot trends and work with the team / stakeholders to understand the drivers, deterrents, user behaviors, etc. Product Analytics: Understanding the impact of Ather products and its ecosystem on the customer?s ride / usage experience. Evaluating performance of features to help improve the company?s portfolio of products and services. Consumer & User Insights: Assisting the Consumer & User Insights Lead in streamlining the Product Analytics Space (and the dashboards pertaining to it) and aiding the team with understanding user behavior, defining performance metrics and identifying existing / emerging trends. Data Querying & Modeling: Model data in order to create reporting infrastructure / dashboards for business process management and data mining. These will be moderate to advanced level complexity data models. Create dashboards to help Track the performance of products and services Collaboration: Work with Product team, data engineering team, marketing team and Product Owners to participate actively in discussions involving dashboards and data requirements. Analyze the key metrics on user behavior to identify improvement opportunities for products and services. Data analysis: Deep-dive various data sources for analysis, root causes, and uncover new patterns to answer key business questions about prduct and services. Should have working knowledge of techniques such as cluster analysis, hypothesis testing, segmentation, competitive analysis, etc. Storytelling: Present recommendations and insights of various analysis to product team in the most compelling manner to influence decision making Defining objectives & timelines:In cross-functional teams, make sure task completion timelines are estimated accurately and communicated. Prioritize Product Analytics tasks and share the necessary insights in the relevant swimlanes. Track program metrics and ensure that all programs are providing the business benefit as outlined in the original business case for the project. Represent the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements. Process adherence: Establish and adhere to processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives and maintains process documentation Here?s what we are looking for: Product Analytics Professional with exposure to analyzing consumer / user insights Familiarity with Product Analytics tools such as Figma, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude and HotJar Advanced Data querying skills using SQL or working knowledge of Superset will be essential Advanced level quantitative analytical skills including statistical techniques such as cluster analysis, hypothesis testing, segmentation, competitive analysis, AB Testing, etc. Advanced knowledge on BI tools like Qlik, Tableau or Power BI is essential Strong and creative problem-solving skills Strong business acumen & sound understanding of automotive industry will be very helpful Superior communication and storytelling skills (both written and verbal) You bring to Ather: A master?s / bachelor?s in Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering / Data Science / Business 4 - 6 years of working experience in the product analytics field in a data-driven company or function
