About the Role

Procurement Specialist (Laptops & IT Hardware)

What You’ll Do🌍 Global Vendor Sourcing:

• Identify suppliers in

  2–5 countries

  (APAC, Middle East, Africa, Europe).
• Build partnerships for:
• New laptop purchases (Windows & Apple)
• Laptop rentals/DaaS
• Laptop repair/service centers
• Maintain an up-to-date vendor directory and country-wise supply map.

💼 Procurement & Negotiation

• Request and compare quotes for multiple regions.
• Negotiate pricing, service terms, and SLAs.
• Evaluate vendors based on reliability, availability, and logistics capability.

📦 Operational Coordination

• Work with internal teams to ensure device availability for onboarding.
• Coordinate deliveries, timelines, and specifications.
• Track stock, procurement status, and vendor updates.

📝 Process Ownership

• Build procurement SOPs for multi-country operations.
• Maintain rate cards, pricing sheets, and vendor documentation.
• Track KPIs: delivery SLAs, cost savings, vendor performance.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Must-Have

• 2–4+ years

  experience in

  laptop/IT hardware procurement

  .
• Experience sourcing in

  minimum 2 international markets

  .
• Strong understanding of laptop specifications (both Windows & Apple).
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

✨ Good-to-Have

• Experience with ITAM, DaaS, MSPs, or global logistics.
• Understanding of import/export basics and country-level hardware availability.
• Familiarity with device lifecycle & MDM workflows.
