Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to manage and oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of materials and services for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, vendor management, and cost control within the interior design and construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies for interior fit-out projects. Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term vendor relationships. Source and procure materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) in line with project requirements. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials while maintaining cost efficiency. Manage and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards. Collaborate with design, project management, and site teams to align procurement with project timelines. Conduct market research to identify new trends, materials, and cost-saving opportunities. Maintain accurate procurement records, budgets, and reports. Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and documentation in accordance with company policies. Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and sustainability procurement standards. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, or real estate industries. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Knowledge of interior fit-out materials, finishes, and FF&E. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight dead lines.
