Procurement Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

Civil and Interior Fitout works

- Knowledge about the Interior work Services, should have idea about the material sourcing and have experience in handling vendors and Vendor Account.

Chanelling the procurement and procedures.

Creating policies, make sure smooth supply chain management.

To work as a Single Point of Contact for procurement of material and ensure to deliver to the particular project within the time schedule.

Obtaining sample from the new supplier.

Create & maintain Vendor Data Base for entire South India Projects.

Maintain cordial relationship with vendor and supplier

Support Architects on sourcing new materials,

Maintain vendor and supplier payment

Negotiations for better terms and conditions

Evaluate quotations and place the Purchase Order

Maintain master Purchase Order file and master document for tracking

Assist accounts team on the vendor and supplier payments

Prepare budget of Purchases to the management to accommodate the cash flow

Should be ready to travel to site on requirement

Negotiate with the suppliers/vendors in case of any quality of standards not maintained

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Any graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in purchase department with good communication skills [written and oral].
