Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities for indirect or direct categories.
  • Execute end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
  • Support process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of procurement experience.
  • Strong understanding of P2P processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and negotiation abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
