We're Hiring: Procurement Manager – Industrial Goods Are you a strategic, process-driven professional with a passion for supplier development and cost optimization? Join us as a Procurement Manager and lead critical sourcing initiatives that drive efficiency, quality, and innovation. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for industrial goods (e.g., casting, forging, machining, steel) Conduct supplier audits, technical due diligence, and ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) Lead contract negotiations, prepare RFQs, and benchmark costs Develop supplier clusters and implement localization strategies Collaborate with production, quality, and planning teams to align supply chain goals Design and enforce SOPs; monitor KPIs related to delivery, cost, and quality Build and maintain long-term, performance-driven vendor relationships ✅ What We're Looking For Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5–10 years of relevant experience Strong background in Automotive Products or Industrial Steel Manufacturing supply chain operations Proven experience in supplier evaluation, development, and audits Excellent negotiation and communication skills Proficient in SAP/MM , MS Excel , and other procurement systems Sound knowledge of domestic and international sourcing practices Show more Show less
