Plantrich Group, a rapidly growing global leader in Organic coffee, is expanding its sourcing network across India, Uganda . We work directly with thousands of smallholder farmers under strong ICS systems, ensuring quality, transparency, and traceability.

We are now looking for a high-caliber Green Coffee Procurement Manager who can lead our procurement operations with excellence in negotiation, deep field connection, and strategic supplier partnerships.

🌍 Role Overview

The Green Coffee Procurement Manager will be responsible for:

✔ End-to-end procurement of green coffee from farmer groups, associations & large plantions 

✔ Strong price negotiation with suppliers while ensuring fairness and sustainability

✔ Coordinating with agronomists & field inspectors

✔ Building long-term relationships with farmers and plantations

✔ Monitoring quality, field drying, hulling, transport & warehouse standards

✔ Managing procurement budgets, volumes, season planning & shipment readiness

🧩 What We’re Looking For

🔹 3–7 years experience in green coffee procurement (mandatory)

🔹 Strong track record in negotiations, supplier management & field operations

🔹 Excellent understanding of coffee grades, moisture, out-turn, defects & quality

🔹 Ability to work closely with farmers and lead cluster-level sourcing

🔹 Experience in India coffee belts is a strong plus

🔹 Passion for sustainability, social impact & ethical sourcing
