Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an FTL Procurement Manager, located in Gurugram. The FTL Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing procurement processes related to Full Truckload services. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating contracts with suppliers, maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring cost-effective procurement, and collaborating with internal teams to meet logistics requirements. The role also involves monitoring market trends and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in procurement and supplier relationship managementStrong negotiation and contract management skillsExperience in logistics and transportation, specifically in Full Truckload (FTL)Analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in collaborative team environmentsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fieldKnowledge of industry regulations and compliance standardsProficiency in procurement software and tools
