Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Manager with 4 - 10 years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in SAP (MM Module), strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of vendor management and procurement best practices. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing quality materials and services at competitive prices while ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
l Manage end-to-end procurement process including RFQ, purchase order issuance, and delivery coordination.
l Evaluate and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
l Maintain and update approved vendor databases and supplier performance metrics.
l Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
l Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
l Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and quality standards.
l Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, finance, project, operations) to understand material requirements and timelines.
l Use SAP for Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoice Verification.
l Monitor market trends and supplier strategies to stay ahead of supply chain risks.
l Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field.
4 10 years of relevant procurement experience in a similar industry (construction, manufacturing, interiors, etc.).
Proficient in SAP MM (Materials Management Module).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in handling contracts and supplier agreements.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of procurement regulations, safety, and compliance standards.
