Procurement & Sourcing Job Description Procurement Manager (Interior Design Execution) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with 5+ years of expertise in sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials for interior design execution . The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills , vendor management capabilities, and a deep understanding of design requirements, material selection, and contract execution . Key Responsibilities: Design & Material Understanding: Interpret and analyze finalized interior designs to determine material and contract requirements. Identify pending designs and material selections and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Coordination & Execution: Collaborate with clients and designers to finalize outstanding design and material choices . Procure necessary materials and efficiently manage work orders to align with project timelines. Vendor & Contractor Management: Negotiate effectively with vendors and contractors to secure the best terms . Develop and maintain a network of reliable and reputable vendors for seamless project execution. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement for interior design projects. Strong ability to read and interpret design plans and translate them into procurement requirements. Proven negotiation skills with vendors and contractors. Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks and ensure timely material availability. Experience in building and maintaining a vendor database for long-term business relationships. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can streamline procurement operations, optimize costs, and ensure smooth project execution .
