Procurement & Inventory Specialist in Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across storage locations to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records
• Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain updated documentation for audit-ready inventory
• Forecast material requirements based on consumption trends, seasonality, and project needs
• Plan and execute timely reorders to prevent stockouts and ensure continuous availability of critical materials
• Maintain active communication with vendors to confirm order status, dispatch timelines, and delivery schedules
• Build strong vendor relationships to ensure timely fulfillment and alignment on quality and quantity expectations
• Handle delays, quality concerns, or incomplete shipments by coordinating with vendors and proposing quick solutions
• Track the full lifecycle of each purchase order from issuance to inwarding
• Verify received goods against purchase orders, document correctly, and record in the inventory system
• Collaborate with accounts and operations teams to ensure seamless inward processing and payment alignment
