Job Title: Intern – Procurement

Location: Delhi Headquarters located in Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi

Internship Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to support our procurement and supply chain operations, with a focus on electronics components.

As a Procurement Intern, you will work closely with the procurement team and cross-functional departments to assist in vendor communication, material sourcing, quotation evaluation, and order tracking. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in end-to-end procurement processes within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all aspects of the procurement process
• Support in sourcing electronic components from domestic and international vendors
• Help in evaluating supplier quotations based on RFQs (Request for Quotation)
• Participate in negotiating pricing and contract terms with vendors
• Process and maintain purchase orders and ensure timely approvals
• Track deliveries and follow up with vendors to ensure timely dispatch
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (engineering, stores, accounts) for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate procurement data and reports in Excel
