Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Market Research: Conducting thorough market research to identify potential suppliers, understand pricing trends, and identify opportunities for cost savings 2.Supplier Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with various suppliers to ensure the best possible terms and conditions are obtained. This includes regular communication, contract negotiation, and managing any issues that may arise during the course of the relationship. 3. Sourcing and Purchasing: Ordering and purchasing the required goods or services in a timely manner, ensuring all legal and contractual obligations are met. This may involve placing orders, processing invoices, and arranging payments. 4. Cost Analysis: Analyzing the cost of goods and services, comparing prices, and negotiating the best deals for the organization. Identifying opportunities for cost savings or value addition is a key aspect of this role. Preferred candidate profile 1. At least three years of experience in procurement-related work, with hands-on experience in handling various procurement requirement. 2. Office 2016 software word, excel, ppt , SAP 3.
