Procurement Executive

Candidates who are comfortable working six days a week from the Gurgaon office may apply.

Role & responsibilities

Manage purchase orders (domestic & import) and ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.

• Identify, evaluate, and develop potential suppliers through market research and technical assessment.
  
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency and supply continuity.
  
• Coordinate with logistics, CHA, and finance teams for shipment tracking, customs clearance, and documentation.
  
• Handle complete import procurement process from vendor coordination to final delivery.
  
• Maintain and verify import records (BOE, invoice, packing list, freight, insurance, etc.) as per compliance requirements.
  
• Coordinate with the stores team for material receipt, stock management, and GRN entry accuracy.
  
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, statutory regulations, and audit documentation.
  
• Prepare periodic reports on cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.
  
• Strong knowledge of spare parts, machinery, and engineering procurement (domestic & import).
  
• Hands-on experience in ERP/SAP systems, MS Excel, and import documentation.
  

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 4 years in procurement of spare parts, machinery, and engineering items.
