We Requires Jr. Procurement Executive at Thane Experience : Min 2 Years Salary : up to 30-35K/PM Location - Thane. Key Responsibilities * Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for construction and real estate development projects. * Support the procurement team in vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and supplier evaluation. * Create and maintain purchase orders and procurement records in compliance with company policies. * Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. * Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, delivery schedules, and contract terms. * Follow up on pending orders and manage basic negotiations on lead times and payment terms. * Assist in preparing procurement reports, MIS, and documentation for audits. * Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and quality standards. Required Skills and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. * 2–3 years of procurement or purchase experience, preferably in Real Estate or Construction industries. * Knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, and procurement lifecycle. * Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic ERP systems. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
