Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Procurement Associate to join our disaster relief management team. The primary responsibility of this role is to procure disaster relief materials by searching relevant vendors across PAN India (mainly Grocery and FMCG products). Key Responsibilities: Grocery Procurement: Searching vendors on online platforms, taking quotations, negotiating, confirming purchase orders, and getting the products delivered within a 72-Hour SLA. Vendor Management & Negotiations: Identify and onboard vendors across PAN India for grocery procurement, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards. Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of groceries to our NGO's locations. Grocery Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of delivered goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Address any discrepancies or quality issues with vendors promptly and efficiently. Invoicing & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tax invoices, E-way bills, and receiving letters. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 2-3 Years of experience in FMCG procurement and operations management. Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or vendor management, preferably in the grocery segments . Strong negotiation skills, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with procurement software and CRM Tools.
