Procurement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and kitchen essentials.
• Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and management to understand daily and weekly requirements.
• Source and negotiate with reliable vendors to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Maintain and update inventory and procurement records.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Ensure all procured items meet the required food safety and hygiene standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Handle invoice processing and support in budget control.
• Track deliveries and resolve any order issues or delays.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 

  procurement or supply chain

  , preferably in the 

  food industry

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Knowledge of vendor management and inventory systems.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, kitchen-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or procurement software is a plus.
