Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity Key Responsibilities APAC / EMEA Intercompany PR/PO (SAP)and Intercompany related all activities at Pole Level. Manage POSO Failure Dashboard at Pole Level. Handle PR-PO creation for Third party PO (SAP). Track order acceptance for all issues PO s. Handle invoice mismatch issues on time (SAP). Set up/ maintain supplier in system, supplier onboarding process (Compass/Ariba) For Sourcing and procurement, have his/her own constructive strategy/opinion. Ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations. Drive other KPI (related to buyer) to meet business target. Negotiate with supplier to drive more productivity saving through e-auction, 3-way bidding. Submission of report / tracker as per business requirement, (PO released report, open PO report, Open PR report, etc.) Workexperience 5 Years experiences in Buyer /Procurement function, Complete knowledge of Sourcing processes / activities Experience in managing all type of PO s (Intercompany & Third party) Fluent written and listening in English 5 Years experience of SAP ERP system YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor s degree WE VALUE Knowledge of purchasing system Strong communication skills and a team playe Good organizational - ability to prioritize and do problem solving Limited experience in a purchasing environment English fluent, any other language is a plu Negotiation skills Minimal knowledge of procurement/sourcing
