Proven experience as a Procurement Assistant or in a similar role is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication in English, Tamil, Understanding and other language is plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Job Description :
Generate and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures. Verify order accuracy, including Description, pricing, Tax and delivery details.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies with order released
Maintain documents to support operational needs.
Collaborate with other departments to understand requirements and trends
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information and prepare reports on procurement activities as required.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and project teams, to understand their procurement assist needs.
Taxation knowledge to ensure the correct tax rate.
Certification : Any certificate related to SCM
